Eat Catalunya: All About Catalan Cuisine
Founded in 2006, Eat Catalunya, the best online source for Catalan cuisine information in English, was born of the frustration felt by Catalan food and wine aficionados about the lack of comprehensive information about this cuisine in English.
Eat Catalunya’s mission is to fill that void, and to leverage the information shared on the site to help promote Catalan culinary culture.
Eat Catalunya is published by Catorce Communications, a small Communications consulting group formerly based in San Francisco, California now based in Barcelona.
