Eat Catalunya, the best online source for Catalan cuisine information in English, was born of the frustration felt by Catalan food and wine aficionados about the lack of comprehensive information about this cuisine in English.

While Catalan star chefs are making a mark on the cuilnary scene and, in the process, raising their region's culinary profile, there is still a void with regard to information about traditional Catalan cuisine, dining and culinary travel within the region. Eat Catalunya's mission is to fill that void, and to leverage the information shared on the site to help promote Catalan culinary culture.
