Culinary Routes

EatCatalunya has assembled a series of routes throughout Catalunya which combine visits to historical sites, cultural landmarks with the best Catalan food and wine that can be had on your trip to this fabulous region. We've chosen the most pictureque cities and towns, highlighting the best sights to see and the best restaurants and bars to take advantage of the most authentic and highest quality tapas and dishes Catalunya has to offer. The Barcelona Tapas route will take you on a journey through the most fascinating areas of the city eating tapas at every stop. This route includes some old standbys like La Boquería but also takes you off the well-beaten tourist path. The Wines and Monasteries route will help you plan your trip exploring the wine culture that lies behind the walls of ancient monasteries. More routes are coming soon. We are currently working on a Paella route, so stay tuned.
