We ate at this place by default... it was our last day of wandering around in Barcelona before we departed for the states the next day. However, I heard the paella was good here.
I got the celebration caneloni, stuffed with shredded beef with a cream truffle sauce. Excellent! My husband got the paella. It was good, however I thought the rice was a little hard.
The dessert was fabulous. I got a square piece of vanilla ice cream that had bruleed sugar on top and almond nougat. My husband got the creme catalan. Very good! Glad we stopped in. Afterwards we found an absinthe place and drank too much. I don't remember the metro ride to the hostel, but I do remember breaking my camera. |
