| Directions |
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Brown the prawns in the hot oil over a high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside and keep warm in an oven-proof dish. Finely chop the garlic and braise lightly in the oil in which the prawns were fried, stirring continuously, for five minutes. Pour the garlic oil over the prawns and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
